Do I need to make an appointment?

Hair cutting and some beauty services do not need to be scheduled in advance, however if you wish to have a colour or facial tinting, you require a skin test so would need to be planned ahead.

We would always recommend booking as we may not be able to accommodate you on the days/time you wish.

Can I book a consultation to discuss my options?

Ofcourse you can, give us a call on 01633 404 150 or book online using the booking link and select Consultation. We highly recommend booking this service if you are unsure route you'd like to take, we will guide you through the whole process.

Is there parking?

There is a multi-story car park available to the public. Follow signs to Kingsway Shopping Centre.

What are you opening hours?

Our opening hours are;

Monday - 9AM - 5PM

Tuesday - 9AM - 5PM

Wednesday - 10AM - 8PM

Thursday - 10AM - 8PM

Friday - 10AM - 6PM

Saturday - 9AM - 4PM

We can accommodate later or earlier appointments on request.

How can I pay?

We have the options for both card transactions and cash payments, whichever is easiest for you!

Do I need a skin test?

Yes! It is your responsibility to arrange a time that is best for you to pop into the salon. You do not need an appointment for this as it only takes 5 minutes! Skin tests are valid for 12 months.
